MANILA - Former Cebu Governor Vicente "Ting Ting" De La Serna, 66, passed away due to lung cancer on Saturday, his family confirmed.

The ex-governor's wake was held at his family's house in Sto. Niño Village, Barangay Banilad Cebu City. He will be laid to rest on Sunday at the Cebu Memorial Park, in accordance to his wishes.
