MANILA – State weather bureau PAGASA said Monday the Ipo Dam was nearing its spilling level.

PAGASA said as of 6 a.m. Monday, the dam's water level was at 100.95 meters above sea level, just .05 masl below its spilling level.

Residents living in low-lying areas and those near the river bank of Angat River, from Norzagaray, Angat, San Rafael, Bustos, Baliuag, Pulilan, Plaridel, and Hagonoy in Bulacan are advised to take precautionary measures.
