MANILA - Tropical Storm Jenny left the Philippine area of responsibility on Wednesday afternoon, the state weather bureau said.

As of 4 p.m., the center of the storm was spotted at 510 kilometers west of Dagupan City, Pangasinan, which is already outside PAR, PAGASA said.

All storm signals have been lifted.

However, PAGASA warned that sea travel remains risky over the seaboards of Luzon and the western seaboard of Visayas due to potentially rough sea conditions.

Jenny, the country's 10th storm this year, made landfall over Casiguran, Aurora on Tuesday night.
