MANILA (UPDATE)—Two people are confirmed dead in Ilocos Norte, as Tropical Storm Ineng caused heavy rains and flooding Saturday.

The dead were Pauleen Joy Corpuz, 17, whose house in Pasuquin town collapsed in a landslide, and Ricky Manglan-lan, 37, who was carried away by flood waters in Laoag City while helping others evacuate.
