MANILA - Kat De Castro will no longer serve as tourism undersecretary, according to appointment papers released by the Palace Wednesday.

President Rodrigo Duterte appointed De Castro, who campaigned for him during the 2016 presidential elections, instead as member of the board of directors of the state-run Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation (IBC-13).
