Over 40 medical societies on Saturday urged President Rodrigo Duterte to heed their call to shift back Mega Manila to stricter lockdown measures from August 1 to 15, citing the need to recalibrate strategies against the highly contagious COVID-19 that has so infected 93,354 people in the country.
