BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya - Continuous rains caused a creek to rise and cause massive flooding in Busilac, this town on Tuesday.
According to the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO), two families were evacuated from areas inundated with flood waters.
