BUTUAN CITY—Arestado ang isang doktor sa buy-bust operation sa Barangay Lapu-Lapu, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte Huwebes ng gabi.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Dr. Guillermo Almacen na isang aesthetic medicine specialist.

Nasamsam sa suspek ang 12 pakete ng hinihinalang shabu na nagkakahalaga ng P54,400.

Ayon kay Dindo Abellanosa, tagapagsalita ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Caraga Region, itinuturing nilang high-value target si Almacen na bago lang umano sa pagtutulak.
