MANILA - Manila Mayor Isko Moreno on Friday launched an online complaint desk where grievances may be filed, part of the new city leadership's efforts to encourage people’s participation in governance.

Complaints received will be compiled and submitted directly to the Mayor's Office, Moreno said.

As of July 5, the complaint desk has received about 100 complaints, most of which were about traffic and health issues, Moreno said.
