Police are still investigating the killing of Tanauan, Batangas Mayor Antonio Halili in broad daylight. ANC will follow closely developments on the probe. Meanwhile, President Duterte hit Halili and the mayor’s alleged involvement in drugs. What is the evidence that supports this statement?
