ILOILO CITY—A street in Jaro, Iloilo City has turned into an outdoor gallery featuring the paintings of a local artist.

Larry Casinao started showcasing his paintings on the sidewalk last week to raise funds for his wife's kidney treatment.

Images of him with curious passersby checking his artworks is making the rounds online.

College student Sal Molinos, who took the photos and shared it on social media, said he was touched by Casinao's noble cause.

"I hope we could really help him by supporting his art because I had a small talk with him and he said that his wife is undergoing dialysis twice a week," he wrote on Facebook.—Report from Regi Adosto, ABS-CBN New
