MANILA - Film director Joyce Bernal will direct President Rodrigo Duterte's State of the Nation Address (SONA) for the second time, Communications Secretary Martin Andanar confirmed Wednesday.
Last year, Bernal succeeded acclaimed director Brillante Mendoza, who handled Duterte's first two SONAs.
