MANILA - Malacañang has declared Monday, June 24, as a special non-working day in Tabaco City in Albay in celebration of the Tabak Festival.

In Proclamation No. 754, Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea said "it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tabaco be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies."
