MANILA—President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday advised the Commission on Elections not to use Smartmatic in the next elections."Dispose of that Smartmatic and look for a new one that is free of fraud," Duterte said in a speech before the Filipino community in Japan."Kasi ang liberal, sabi nila nadaya sila. Ako sabi nila nadaya rin. It’s creating an environment of hostile attitude."Improve on the system, stop using Smartmatic. Ayoko naman mag-attribute ng corruption.
