MANILA - The Philippine health department has reported 284 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) on Monday, bringing the country’s total to 14,319.

The Department of Health also reported 74 new recoveries, pushing the total number of Filipinos who recovered from the disease to 3,323.
