MANILA -- The group backed by media personality Erwin Tulfo, topped the 2019 midterm elections party-list race, with nearly 95 percent of votes counted as of Tuesday.
ACT-CIS or Anti-Crime and Terrorism Through Community Involvement and Support got 9.48 percent of the votes, according to partial results from the Commission on Elections' transparency server past 11 a.m.
