MANILA--Menchie Abalos won another term as Mandaluyong City mayor via landslide victory, based on unofficial results updated early on Tuesday.
MANILA--Menchie Abalos won another term as Mandaluyong City mayor via landslide victory, based on unofficial results updated early on Tuesday.
Abalos was untouchable in the race garnering 128,661 votes and beating independent candidate Florencio Solomon, who received 8,589 votes based on 100 percent of election returns of clustered precincts, as of 1:19 a.m. Tuesday.

Running mate Anthony Suva also led with more than 92,000 votes against opponent Boy de Quinto, who received 18,981 votes.
