GENERAL SANTOS CITY – Manny Pacquiao, who ended up third behind Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Leni Robredo, formally conceded in the presidential race on Tuesday night.

He thanked his supporters, his family and especially his wife Jinkee for supporting him all the way.

He also congratulated Marcos for his victory.

“Sa ating susunod na Pangulong Bongbong Marcos, ako ay nanalangin para sa tagumpay ng iyong administrasyon na maraming mahihirap ang buhay na matulungan,” said Pacquiao, adding he will now devote his time to his family.

He also assured he will remain committed to be of service to the poor.

I will definitely help the people through the Manny Pacquiao Foundation. Patuloy po nating mahalin ang Pilipinas,” he said.
