MANILA -- Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio on Thursday said she is not planning to pursue legal action against a man arrested for allegedly uploading a series of videos linking her family to the narcotics trade.

The Youtube clips titled "Totoong Narco-list" claimed drug money was funneled into the bank accounts of Duterte-Carpio's husband Atty. Manases Carpio, her brother former Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte, and Christopher Go, former aide of her father, President Rodrigo Duterte.

Asked if she will lodge cases against the videos' alleged uploader, the mayor said: "None from me."

"He is just a fool, no depth," Duterte-Carpio said in a text message to ABS-CBN News.

However, the mayor said she "cannot speak for other members of the family."

The suspect was arrested during the service of a search warrant, said Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra. No other details were immediately available.

Atty. Charito Zamora, officer-in-charge of the justice department's Office of Cybercrime, meanwhile denied the supposed arrest of "Bikoy," a hooded figure in the videos who claimed that he used to keep financial records for the drug syndicate that allegedly had dealings with the Duterte family.

Bikoy earlier said Paolo Duterte and Go had on their backs tattoos of a dragon-like figure and the alpha-numeric code of their supposed drug-tainted bank accounts.

Go, who is running for senator, recently took off his shirt to show he has no tattoo. The younger Duterte, meanwhile, refused to bare his back.
