MANILA (UPDATED) - Families in the town of Wao in Lanao del Sur received relief goods on Monday as they continue to reel from the effects of a magnitude 6.0 earthquake that hit them last April 12.

ABS-CBN's Sagip Kapamilya brought sacks of rice for the 1,200 families living in Wao where the quake left at least 46 totally damaged and 718 partially damaged houses.

The municipality of Wao has already been placed under a state of calamity as the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council estimated the damage of the quake on infrastructure at P25 million.
