MANILA - A magnitude-5.1 earthquake struck off Naujan town in Oriental Mindoro Monday afternoon, Phivolcs said.

The quake struck at 5:39 p.m., 20 kilometers northeast of Naujan town. It was tectonic in origin and had a depth of 4 kilometers, according to Phivolcs.
