MANILA - A magnitude 3.4 earthquake struck Baguio City in Benguet province on Monday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.

Phivolcs describes Intensity 4 as "moderately strong." Its feel is similar to the passing of a heavy truck and can rattle wood-framed buildings, the agency said.
