MANILA—The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Wednesday that 1,120 out of 1,990 passed the Architect Licensure Examination given this month.

Justin Lei Ramos of the Cebu Institute of Technology-University topped the exam with a rating of 83.80 percent.
