“I cannot give you 100% or a full proof anti drug campaign na magiging bloodless. Bigyan niyo ko kung sino pwede gawin yan o commander na pwedeng gumawa niyan, na walang mangyari na mamatay and I am willing to give up my posts. Kung may tao diyan na pwedeng o maging successful tayo sa anti-drug na walang mamamatay, that’s baloney. That’s impossible,” he said.

“Please, kung mahal niyo yung PNP, tulungan natin na hindi na masira ang ating imahe, by being vigilant doon sa ating mga kasamahan na posibleng gumawa ng mga kalokohan. Bantayan natin sila at ingatan natin ang ating trabaho para hindi tayo masisira,” he said.
