MANILA - With the creation of two additional anti-graft court divisions, Sandiganbayan Presiding Justice Amparo Cabotaje-Tang has issued the new structure of the court that oversee the cases filed against government employees and officials.

First Division

The expansion of Sandiganbayan divisions followed after the passage of Republic Act 10660 or An Act Strengthening Further the Functional and Structural Organization of the Sandiganbayan on April 16, 2015.

Under the law, the Sandiganbayan will have seven divisions, from the original five divisions, in order to speed up the disposition of pending cases. All divisions will have three justice members.
