Sophia Nicole Arkanghel delivered an impressive performance in the recently concluded Miss International Queen 2024 coronation night. 

The Philippine representative finished in the Top 6 of the world's largest pageant for transgender women held in Thailand over the weekend.

Catalina Marsano of Peru won the title, with delegates from Thailand and Vietnam as runners-up. 

During the Miss International Queen 2024 question and answer round, Arkanghel was asked to share "the power within you that you think you want to pass on to other people."

She said in response: "I think something that I can pass to other people is my positivity as a person. I'm a challenge-driven person, I can encourage each and every one to think positively and to think optimistically." 

"Because at the end of the day, after every darkness, we should always look at the bright side of every situation," she added. 

Arkanghel was aiming to win the Philippines fourth Miss International Queen title after Fuschia Anne Ravena (2022), Trixie Maristela (2015), and Kevin Balot (2012).
