Popular content creator Rosmar Tan-Pamulaklakin recently spoke to ABS-CBN News via Messenger to talk about her previous controversies, her charity work, and rise to social media fame.

If you don’t know her, Tan started her career by selling beauty products online, which made her a multi-millionaire. Now, she has 21 million TikTok followers and 4.7 million Facebook supporters. She recently ventured into the resort, home, and food business.

Some of her infamous issues were the viral Coron incident where she was declared persona non-grata, the Toni Talks interview where she revealed she earns P5 million a day, and some “out of touch” remarks online.

But behind closed doors, Tan said she’s a shy person who likes to spend time with her husband and two children. Contrary to public opinion, the social media star wants to prove that she’s a nice woman who has a passion for helping others.

She continued, responding to online comments about the material things she posts: “Ang totoo po, simple lang po talaga akong tao.

Accepting the fact that some people will continue to critique her no matter what, she added, “Sa bashers po, hindi ako naaapektuhan.

At a very young age, Tan had to look for ways to earn money, selling everything to build her own businesses.

Her most treasured property? She answered: ‘Yung R Mansion in Tagaytay.

On her relationship now with Rendon Labrador

It was a hot topic when Tan, Rendon Labrador, and others were declared persona non-grata in Coron.

About the lessons she got from the infamous incident, she shared: “Super nagsisisi po ako na ganoon ang naging reaction ko. Umiiyak po ako nun pero never po ako nanduro or nanigaw nun (referring to viral video).”

On helping others

The entrepreneur said she’s passionate about helping other people. Part of her advocacy includes feeding the homeless, offering financial help, and giving groceries.

Tan also revealed that she wants to collaborate with Richard Gomez and denied the tax issues.

Nagbabayad po ako,” she emphasized.
