MANILA (UPDATED) — Politicians, celebrities, and guests were runway-ready for the third State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. held Monday.

Sen. Mark Villar wore a barong by Silk Cocoon and was joined by Emeline Aglipay wearing a gown by Mark Bumgarner while Sen. Bong Revilla is dressed by Paul Cabral joined by Cavite 2nd District Rep. Lani Mercado wearing a gown by Rajo Laurel.

Sen. Loren Legarda and Sen. Pia Cayetano wore outfits by  Puey Quiñones and Mia Urquico, respectively, while Sen. Raffy Tulfo donned a Michael Leyva barong along with ACT-CIS Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo wearing Rajo Laurel inspired by "Perlas ng Silangan."

Donning another Paul Cabral creation is Sen. Grace Poe-Llamanzares who was accompanied by her husband Neil and son Brian, wearing barongs handwoven by their weavers from Lumban, Laguna.

Sen. Risa Hontiveros is dressed in a Joel Acebuche baro't saya made of Piña, along with Marikina-made shoes and an equality brooch while Sen. Imee Marcos arrived with her sons Borgy and Michael.

Former President Joseph “Erap” Estrada with his son, Sen. Jinggoy Estrada was also present in the event and they also walked down the red carpet with Former Speaker Jose de Venecia Jr. and his wife, Gina de Venecia.

Last on the senators are Sen. Joel Villanueva who wore a barong Tagalog by Paul Cabral while Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian and Bianca Manalo arrived minutes before the doors closed both wearing creations of Jo Rubio.

Makabayan Bloc representatives Gabriela Rep. Arlene Brosas, ACT Teachers Rep. France Castro, and Kabataan Rep. Raoul Manuel incorporating protests with their outfits for today's SONA hand-painted by Michael Joselo Villanueva and Albert Raqueño.

Kusug Tausug Rep. Shernee Tan-Tambut wore a look by Francis Libiran while Tutok 2 Win Rep. Sam Verzosa walked the runway with a barong by Rodel Briñas. Bataan 1st District Rep. Geraldine Roman was also present on the runway.

Leyte 4th District Rep. Richard Gomez was joined by his wife, Lucy Torres-Gomez while Cavite 1st District Rep. Jolo Revilla commemorated St. Mary Magdalene's 400th year with his barong and was joined by wife Angelica Alita-Revilla wearing a pamaypay-inspired Filipiniana made by Cath Sobrevega.

Camarines Sur 5th District Rep. Miguel Luis Villafuerte was accompanied by his wife, Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters-Villafuerte.

Both Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna Pangan and Vice Mayor Yul Servo wore Jo Rubio while Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte wore a creation by Anthill from Cebu.

Also in attendance today are Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano, former Ilocos Sur governor Chavit Singson with children Richelle and Ronald.

Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Chairman Atty. Don Artes and Presidential Adviser of Poverty Alleviation Office Atty. Larry Gadon were also in the event while education chief Sonny Angara was joined by his wife Elvira "Tootsy” Angara.

Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office Board member Imelda Papin wore a self-made couture and her daughter Maffi was also wearing her own creation.

Former Movie and Television Review and Classification Board Chairman Atty. Rachel Arenas and mother Rosemarie Arenas both wore a creation by Paul Cabral while Isabelle Daza wore a green Filipiniana made by Dennis Lustico.
