MANILA — Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray said she is more intentional about taking care of her health this 2024, and will put special focus on attending to her scoliosis.

In an interview at the press launch for her new product endorsement, Gray said: "I'm 30. I'm starting to really feel the effects of my scoliosis in my everyday life. So I'm doing pilates almost everyday because it makes me feel better. I'm going to the chiropractor."

The sport of pickleball is also one activity she has tried and enjoys. "I'm not a sports person. Pero enjoy naman ako. I'm able to do it with my friends," she said.

"I love embracing the new year," she said. "It's always an opportunity to reset, to go after dreams and aspirations."

"See more than just the title. Make the journey like, what does it mean to you, to your family. Is it something to open doors for you and your career? Is it for a cause for yourself, is it to highlight an advocacy, make it more than the title? Out of the 55 girls, only one girl will realize the dream of the title," she said.
