MANILA -- Empire Fashion Cafe recently opened its newest and biggest branch in one of the the most popular food hubs in Quezon City -- Maginhawa Street.

This one-stop-shop serves coffee, beer, and snacks but also sells clothes, fashion accessories, and other items. It is open to tenants who want to rent space to display their products.

According to branch manager Noe Berden, Jr. Empire Fashion Cafe, which also has branches in Alabang and Marikina, is inspired by fashion flea markets in New York City and is a hit among millennials.

"Maganda ang reception ng mga tao, lalo na kasi may cafe," he told ABS-CBN News.

According to Berden, their Maginhawa branch has been doing well since it has become a hangout for yuppies and students.

Empire's bestsellers include cosmetics, shoes and dresses, while for food, the waffle and coffee are the top favorites of their customers.
