MANILA – Fashion designers from Davao City have prepared several barongs which President-elect Rodrigo Duterte and his partner Honeylet Avanceña could wear for his inauguration on June 30.

According Boni Adaza and Chard Pulatche, six pairs of barong and pants were already picked up by Duterte's team last week.

Meanwhile, designer Aris Escarrilla prepared a barong dress made from cocoon fabric with custom-made embroidery for Avanceña.
