MANILA – Adela-Mae Marshall is a step closer to scoring a back-to-back win for the Philippines in “Asia’s Next Top Model.”
On Wednesday night, Marshall revealed that she made it to the Top 3 of the reality-based model search.
“I am so happy to finally be able to tell you all that I was able to bring my beautiful country into the Top 3,” she said in an Instagram post.
“I think you may be able to tell that I didn’t think would make it in this episode because both of my competitors were really strong, but I will try my best to secure a back-to-back win for the Philippines,” she added.
Marshall also thanked all those who have showed their support throughout the competition: “I never thought I would receive this much support, and I am so grateful for it all.”
Joining Marshall in the Top 3 of “Asia’s Next Top Model” are Dana Slosar of Thailand and Mia Sabathy of Taiwan.
Her fellow Filipina in the competition, Jachin Manere, was eliminated during the sixth week of the competition.
If she wins the title this season, Marshall will be the second Filipina to be named “Asia’s Next Top Model” after Maureen Wroblewitz last year.
