Nahihirapan ka bang pakainin ng gulay ang anak mo?

Maaari mong subukang magluto ng ginataang langka na may dilis, na malasa at swak pa sa budget.

Sa "Umagang Kay Ganda" nitong Huwebes, sinabi ni guest kusinero Rico Echaverria na maaari ding gumamit ng alimasag, taba ng baboy, labahita, o daing kapag walang dilis sa bahay.

Ihanda lamang ang mga susunod na sangkap:

• 1/2 kilo langka
• Dilis
• Sibuyas
• Bawang
• Luya
• Gata
• Siling labuyo
• Asin o patis
• Bagoong (optional)

Paraan ng pagluluto:

Iprito ang dilis at itabi.

Igisa ang bawang, sibuyas, at luya.

Ilagay ang pangalawang piga ng gata kasabay ang langka. Pakuluan hanggang lumambot.

Kapag malambot na ang langka, ilagay ang kakang gata at pakuluin.

Kapag nagmamantika na ang langka, maaari nang ilagay ang dilis.
