Teachers and students of Tiu Cho Teg Ana Ros Foundation Integrated School transformed a vacant lot into a colorful, floral garden in Iloilo City.

The picturesque view of the sunflowers in full bloom in the garden is something everybody will surely enjoy.

The garden was supposed to be planted with vegetables. However, due to a water shortage, people planted flowers instead. Residents of nearby barangays come to the school for photos.

An entrance fee of P20 is being collected by the school. Some of the flowers are also for sale. The income will go to the school's special projects.

Aside from the flower garden, school teachers have also started planting vegetables at the community of indigenous people a few kilometers away from the flower garden.
