MANILA -- TV host Janelle Tee of Pasig City was named Miss Philippines Earth 2019 pageant during the pageant's coronation night held Wednesday at Okada Manila, Parañaque.

She was crowned the winner after arguing that a better way to encourage more people to become more environmentally conscious is to give "incentives" rather than penalize violators.
