Tourism chief Bernadette Romulo-Puyat gazes at the skeleton of Lolong, the longest crocodile held in captivity. DOT

Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat had her oohs and aahs ready as she paid the National Museum of Natural History for the first time, as seen in a video she uploaded this Tuesday.

The Tourism chief appeared genuinely fascinated as she viewed the wide collection, that included exhibits on marine life, butterflies, and Lolong, the longest crocodile ever held in captivity.

In her caption, she thanked the soon-to-be launched tour called Ikot Manila, which will utilize the LRT 1 stations, for taking her around the city's famous tourist spots without experiencing traffic.

"Who says we have to leave Metro Manila to enjoy the sights and culture of our [Philippines flag]," she wrote.

She added: "So nice to go around Manila and visit all the museums, beautiful churches, Intramuros, food trip around Binondo and even go on a halo halo food tour without the traffic!"
