MANILA -- Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory Café at the East Wing of Estancia Mall will be open again for dine-in starting Wednesday, July 1.
At the same time, Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory also made its newly formulated famous Cow Cow Soft Serve ice cream available for delivery.
Using Jersey milk from Hokkaido, Japan, Cow Cow soft serve ice cream has been winning fans since it opened shop in Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory’s shops in the metro. With the quarantine, the shop like many others have opened for online orders via a direct Viber hotline or the FoodPanda delivery app.
Soft serve translates to a creamy smooth ice cream in the pint versions of their three variants -- Cheese, Milk, and Mix. The Mix flavor is this author’s hands-down favorite, as it showcases the best of the dairy milk from Hokkaido, Japan.
There is a delightful balance achieved between sweet and savory, and creamy and milky — like eating a spoonful of frozen cheesecake with vanilla ice cream. A very satisfying bite, especially with its addicting Salt & Camembert cookies, or its delectable Cheese Puffs!
A pint is P400 for the Hokkaido Milk or Hokkaido Cheese, P450 for the Hokkaido Cheese and Hokkaido Mix. Salt & Camembert Cookies are available in boxes of 10 (P620) or 20 (P1,240), and the Cheese Puffs for a box of 7 (P500).
Walk-in orders are also available in Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory’s Greenbelt, Uptown BGC, Rockwell, SM Megamall, and Podium branches.
