Therese Gaston, who was part of the Ateneo squad who won the UAAP title in 2015, will be looking to make the transition from athlete to beauty queen as she takes part in Miss Manila 2018.
On Instagram Stories on Tuesday, she posted a photo of her with the other candidates of the local pageant, scheduled for June 26.

Gaston, who was born in Indonesia before moving to Manila, played in two UAAP seasons for Ateneo. Following her short collegiate playing career, she applied to become a courtside reporter for ABS-CBN Sports.
