Malimit na usapin sa trabaho ang stress at burnout, na maaaring magresulta sa kawalan ng gana sa buhay dulot ng matinding pagod sa katawan.

Itinuturo ring dahilan ang matinding stress para lumisan sa trabaho ang ilan.

Ayon sa psychologist na si Gisa Paredes, may ilang maaaring gawin para pakalmahin ang sarili tuwing nakakaramdam ng matinding stress.

Una aniya ang paghinto ng 90 segundo para mapakalma ang katawan.

"[If] you don't wanna go to work anymore, at that point I would say rest. So stop. Take a break, take a step back why don't you wanna go to work? Ano ba 'yung nasa work na ayaw mong tanggapin," ani Paredes sa "Sakto" ng DZMM nitong Huwebes.

"In a stressful situation our blood vessels constrict and we're not able to think properly. So if you want to solve things probably you should take a step back," dagdag niya.

Ani Paredes, maaari ring baguhin ang pananaw sa buhay para mapakalma ang katawan.

"If we think of it (stress) more as that feeling that could excite you, something that could strengthen you, then that's one good way of looking at it," aniya.
