MANILA – Host and eventologist Tim Yap can now tick off an item from his bucket list now that it has been announced that he will be part of the upcoming ABS-CBN series “Love Thy Woman.”

A first for him, Yap expressed in an Instagram post how elated he is to be working with a powerhouse cast which includes Kim Chiu, Erich Gonzales, Xian Lim, Christopher de Leon, Eula Valdez, Sunshine Cruz, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Jennifer Sevilla and many more.

“To say that I am excited to work with these artists is an understatement. They are the best in the biz,” he said.

“I am the fish out of water here—except that my role is the guy who throws all the parties for the fam—so no acting needed, hehe,” he added.

Yap then looked back to when he first worked in ABS-CBN through the now-defunct showbiz oriented program “The Buzz.”

“First worked with ABS-CBN as the premier batch of hosts for 'The Buzz' (don’t ask what year!) and I am thrilled to be working with the same people who got me started in the biz. You know who you are—I am eternally grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you,” he said.

“Love Thy Woman,” in Yap’s words, is “a series that deals with the crazy, rich lives of Chinoys and how love, family and scandal are intertwined with lots of twists and turns that’ll make you glued to your screens nightly.”

Producer Dreamscape has yet to announce when it will air.
