MANILA – World-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa will be in town this weekend to host a one-night culinary affair.

The event, dubbed “The Nobu Experience,” will be held at the chef’s eponymous restaurant at City of Dreams Manila from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, March 31.

Guests will have the chance to interact with Matsuhisa and the chefs of Nobu Manila while indulging in food passed around canape-style.

There will also be dishes at the buffet counter, as well as those prepared in live stations.

Manila will be the last stop of Matsuhisa’s month-long tour to promote his hotels and restaurants. It will be the chef’s third time to visit the Philippines since the opening of Nobu Manila in 2015

Tickets to “The Nobu Experience” are priced at P10,000 net per person, with the rate inclusive of the canape dinner, a meet-and-greet photo opportunity with Matsuhisa, and a signed copy of his book “Nobu: A Memoir.”
