MANILA — Marvin Agustin has asked his fellow restaurant owners to donate meals to hospitals or to their own employees instead of letting their food stock go to waste.

The actor, who runs a number of chains across the country, including SumoSam and Johnny Chow, made the appeal on Twitter this Tuesday, the same day the whole of Luzon was placed under a lockdown due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) spread, forcing many restaurants to halt operations.
