LAOAG CITY- Decorated kalesas paraded along the main street of Laoag City Wednesday evening as part of its annual fiesta.

These kalesas were of various shapes and colors adorned with lights, making them shinier and brighter as they passed by the excited crowd.

Spectator Noel Batuyong said the kalesa parade is becoming more and more glamorous each year.

"Every year talaga may kanya-kanyang pasabog which is nakakaproud kasi bilang Ilokano, ang saya saya nilang panooorin. Despite na kahit ano mang nangyayari we are still one na magce-celebrate pa din," Batuyong said.
