MANILA – This February, Teatro Tomasino will stage “Ang Pangahas na si Pepe Rodriguez,” the Palanca Award-winning script of Dustin Celestiano.
The new play, which “tells the tale of how dangerous an ideology – regardless of the accuracy of interpretation – can be,” will go on stage from February 13 to 15 at the Albertus Magnus Auditorium of the University of Santo Tomas (UST).
Tickets are priced at P200 each and are available via ABS-CBN’s KTX.
“Ang Pangahas na si Pepe Rodriguez” tells how the titular character uncovers the mystery surrounding the murder of Brian Moya.
The production, directed by Eudes Anthony Garcia, is part of “Sibol ng Pagkakataon” – the 42nd season of Teatro Tomasino, which is UST’s official university-wide theater guild.
