MANILA – Robi Domingo will be hosting ABS-CBN’s first online current affairs show documenting his six-week adventure in various places in the Philippines.

Titled “Lakwatsero,” the digital travel series will feature the Kapamilya host embracing the moniker by showing the audience what the places he will visit have to offer.

Among the places Domingo will feature include Basey and Calbiga in Samar, Iloilo and Bacolod, Mt. Apo in Davao del Sur, and Malapascua and Bantayan Islands in Cebu.

Meanwhile, “Lakwatsero” executive producer Kelvin Paulino explained how the show is different from other travel programs.

“Kasabay sana ng bago tayo mag-book ng flights and hotels natin, sana i-check out nila ang ‘Lakwatsero’ para mabigyan tayo ng idea kung paano natin maa-achieve yung travel goals na sinse-set ni Robi for every one of us,” he said.

When asked why the team opted the digital platform, Domingo said: “It’s the way to go. Papunta naman talaga doon ang format ng lahat ng media ngayon. Sobrang natutuwa po kami kasi binigyan kami ng pagkakataon na mauna sa platform na ito. We are really happy.”
