Nais mo bang kumain ng ginataang isda ngayong araw?

Paraan ng pagluluto:

Iprito ang talong at tambakol at itabi.

Pagkaprito ng isda, palamigin muna bago ibalot sa pechay.

Sa isang kawali, igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at luya bago ibuhos ang gata at suka at hayaang kumulo.

Pag kumulo na, ilagay ang binalot na tambakol, pritong talong, siling haba, patis at paminta.

Hayaang kumulo ang ginataang tambakol hanggang maging isa ang lasa ng mga sangkap.

Maaari nang ihain ang ginataang tambakol.
