MANILA – The Philippines continues to dominate the international pageant scene, winning yet another title at the start of 2019.

Francesca Taruc was crowned Miss Tourism World Intercontinental in Nanjing, China on Tuesday.

Representatives from Tatarstan and Ukraine finished first and second runner-up, respectively.

Taruc, who hails from Pampanga, also received the Best Body award during the preliminary round of the pageant.

Aside from being a beauty queen, Taruc is also a model and a vlogger.
