Screen icon Vilma Santos was one of several industry stalwarts and artists who paid tribute to film producer Mother Lily Monteverde during the Regal matriarch's wake on Thursday (August 8).

Santos, whose first project with Regal Films goes as far back as 1979 via "Pinay American Style," recalled not just their collaborations over the years, but their personal relationship that extends to their respective families.
