MANILA -- Megastar Sharon Cuneta will be making her primetime series comeback with ABS-CBN's upcoming series "Saving Grace," which is the Philippine adaptation of hit Japanese drama "Mother."

This was announced by show producer Dreamscape Entertainment on Tuesday.

Aside from Cuneta, Sam Milby, Janice de Belen, Jennica Garcia, and Christian Bables will also join the drama series.

They will be joining actress Julia Montes in the much-anticipated series. "Saving Grace" also marks the return of Montes to primetime television.

Both Montes and Cuneta starred in primetime series 'FPJ's Ang Probinsyano," which concluded in 2022.

De Belen, Garcia and Bables, meanwhile, worked together in primetime show "Dirty Linen," which ended August 2023.

MIlby was last seen in the 2022 ABS-CBN series "A Family Affair."

The series is presented by ABS-CBN Studios and Nippon TV, Japan's leading entertainment powerhouse.

"Mother" achieved global success as Asia's most exported scripted format with adaptations in Turkey, South Korea, Ukraine, Thailand, China, France, Spain, Mongalia and Saudi Arabia.
