MANILA — ABS-CBN got six nods for the ContentAsia Awards 2024, based on the list released by the award-giving body on Monday.

Star Cinema's "A Very Good Girl" led by Kathryn Bernardo and Dolly de Leon got a nod for Best Asian Feature Film/Telemovie along with the MMFF Best Picture winner "Firefly."

Arjo Atayde was nominated for Best Male Lead in a TV Programme for his role as Anton dela Rosa in “Cattleya Killer” along with Dingdong Dantes in "Royal Blood."

"Linlang" stars Kim Chiu and Kaila Estrada were nominated the Best Female Lead in a TV Programme/Series and Best Supporting Actress in a TV Programme/Series category, respectively.

Youth-oriented show "Zoomers" got nominated for Best Asian Short-form drama/series, while queer dating show "Sparks Camp" got a nod for Best Original Reality and/or Competition Programme.

The winners will be announced in the awarding ceremony on September 5 during the 2024 Trendy Taipei music, arts, and innovation festival.

  • • Best Asian Feature Film/Telemovie: "A Very Good Girl" and "Firefly"
  • • Best Male Lead in a TV Programme: Arjo Atayde as Anton dela Rosa in “Cattleya Killer” and Dingdong Dantes in “Royal Blood”
  • • Best Female Lead in a TV Programme/Series: Kim Chiu as Juliana Lualhati in “Linlang”
  • • Best Supporting Actress in a TV Programme/Series: Kaila Estrada as Sylvia Lualhati in “Linlang”
  • • Best Current Affairs Programme Made in Asia for Regional Asia and/or International Markets: Secret Slaves: The Jessica Soho Special Report on Human Trafficking
  • • Best Asian Talk Show: "Iskoolmates"
  • • Best Sports Magazine Programme: "Masters of the Games"
